Order Processing
All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your items arrive safely and on time. Delivery times depend on your location, but all orders typically arrive within 5-9 business days.

Please keep in mind that unexpected delays can occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Moriel Heritage is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our control.

Express Shipping
Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee. Express orders are prioritised in processing (1–3 business days) and typically arrive within 4–7 business days of dispatch, depending on your location.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer. Delivery is confirmed by the carrier’s tracking status.

Lost / stolen parcels
Moriel Heritage is not responsible for parcels marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer. We recommend selecting a secure delivery address.

International Shipping
We ship to most major countries worldwide. Available destinations are shown at checkout, if your country isn't listed, we're unable to deliver to your location at this time. International delivery times may vary slightly depending on your destination and local customs processing.

Depending on your country's regulations, international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are set by your local authorities, are not included in your order total or shipping fee, and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your country's import policies before ordering if you're unsure.
