Damaged or Defective Items?
We'll make it right with a replacement, correction, or reship for:
Damaged or Defective Items – If something arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we’ll arrange a replacement. Please send photos within 7 days of delivery.
Incorrect Item Sent – If you receive the wrong product, we’ll correct it at no extra cost.
Lost in Transit – If your order doesn’t arrive and the carrier confirms it’s lost, we’ll reship your order at no extra cost to you.
How to Request a Replacement
1. Email us at heritage.clientteam@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Include your order number and photos of the issue (if applicable).
3. Our team will review your claim within 5 business days and guide you through the next steps.
Items We Cannot Accept
**For Customers Outside EU Only**
Because of the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection (please check our detailed size guides before ordering)
• Claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery
Transit Delays
Delays caused by courier processing, international transit backlogs, customs clearance, weather events, or peak seasonal volumes are not considered grounds for a refund. Once an order has been successfully dispatched, Moriel Heritage is unable to offer refunds for delivery delays that are outside of our control.
Customs & Import Delays
Moriel Heritage is not held liable for delays caused by customs inspections, import processing, or border clearance in the destination country. Any customs delays, duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by local authorities remain the responsibility of the customer.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you are entitled to return it within 14 days of receipt - no explanation required. To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, less shipping costs. A valid return tracking number must also be sent to our client team, within 14 days of initiating the return.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Returns based on size, fit, color preference, or change of mind are not considered product faults.
Exchanges are not available; a new order can be placed once your refund is completed.
Please do not send items to the address printed on your parcel.
Returns must be approved first so we can provide the correct return instructions.
What is not considered defective:
The following are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds based on quality:

Minor finishing details such as loose threads, raw edges, fabric thickness, or natural texture variations are not considered defective.

Slight colour differences due to lighting, photography, or screen display settings.

Personal preference regarding style, colour, or garment fit.

Sizing concerns, we strongly recommend referring to our size chart, as fit may vary between styles.

Small measurement variations between items due to differences in design and cut (Please allow between 2-3cm)
